Alternative Fused Displays

Rview provides a large range of alternative display options available
from the MR-SPECT tool:
These include many multiple adjacent and overlay displays for example:

Adjacent slices cut through the two data sets with a separation of 6mm.
(See multiple adjacent slices options)
[Note: These are not 6mm 'thick slices' but slices separated by 6mm
with a thickness equal to the resolution of the MRI data)]
Adjacent sagittal slices
every 6mm
Overlay of SPECT on MRI in

Corresponding

The view tool can be used to interactively
modify the slice orientation:
Here the slice
angle X rotation (nodding) was modified by 20 degrees: Compare this to
the previous sagittal view above.

tool to provide increased detail in the different uptake levels:
