MRI-DUAL-SPECT Studies

Before looking through this section you should read through the MR-SPECT registration example.
To analyse DUAL SPECT studies we simply add to this procedure the following steps:

Load a Second SPECT study as floating image B:

Note conventionally for epilepsy studies we load:

MRI as the reference image.
Interictal SPECT as image A.
and then Ictal SPECT as image B.

Normalise the uptake in the second SPECT to that of the first SPECT.
