6. Changing Segmentation Labels Used and Erasing Labels

Each voxel can be labeled with one of a range of different values. The current label or colour which is being drawn is selected by one of the following:

1. Pressing one of the number keys on the keyboard: 0...9. selects the low numbered labels directly

2. Manually entering the label value in the segtool window:

3. Clicking on the required label colour in the segtool window

Each label is displayed using a different colour in both the contour and colour overlay display:

Erasing Regions.

To 'Unlabel' or erase a region simply select the label '0' from the numbers on the keyboard. Painting and drawing of regions then removes any visible labels from that region.
