Special Keys and Short Cuts

Shifting one Slice (or Voxel) within the Reference Image Data:

Note: all these steps are w.r.t. to the original data slicing orientation
(i.e. 'one slice up' moves forwards inthe patient a coronal acquisition, but upwards in the patient in a transaxialacquisition) Zooming Shifting mm steps within the data

To quickly skip up or down a given mm step in the image volume press the keys:

Notes:

This will always move along the axis ofthe patient as long as the slicing orientation of the data was read correctly from the data files (i.e.. the transaxial slice appears in the correctrview window). The direction is respect the
current orientation of the displayed slices.

The actual step is always 3mm or 1.5mm:it does not depend on the slice thickness of the reference image data. The nearest slice is approximated using the current interpolation mode (best to use tri-linear).

Modifying the Registration Transformation:

To interactively shift the registration estimate for image A up and down (This is for images where say one image has a large axial extent and the starting registration estimate needs to be set manually), use the keys:

Moving an ROI in PlanarROI modes

To Move an ROI in drawing mode rather thanredraw it, hold down the 'R' key.

Drawing an ROI in Manual Volume Segmentation Mode:

Hold down the SPACE BAR
